Varun Beverages Ltd. is seeking a Trainee - Quality to join our Quality Control department. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our quality assurance processes and ensure the highest standards in our beverage production.

As a Trainee - Quality, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our beverages. You will work closely with our team to implement and improve quality control measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and protocols. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address quality issues. Monitor and analyze production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and improve processes. Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality control activities. Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve recurring quality problems. Work closely with the R&D team to evaluate new products and processes. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry best practices. Provide training and support to production staff on quality assurance practices. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in quality control methodologies.

Diploma/Degree in Engineering or a related field from a reputed institute. 5-7 years of experience in a quality control or assurance role, preferably in the beverage industry. Knowledge of benchmarking methodology and other quality tools is an advantage. Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills for data analysis and presentation. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with teams. High analytical ability and a passion for market data and trends. Imagination and creativity to develop innovative quality control solutions. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
