Role & Responsibly

First Part Approval & In Process Inspection of the following: .

? Springs & Wire forms .

? Copper Coils

? Recording data in the FPA record sheet and filing

? Maintain Setup scrap Record

? Process Scrap are segregated in different Bins.

? Maintained by production, RM Batch (Coil wise), up to handover to FG Stores.

? On Completion of the Work Order, you will need to conduct the LPA, i.e Last piece inspection record

? Running production, in case of a tool breakdown and correction, FPA will need to be conducted and recorded in FM.TRM.02

? Also in case of any 4M Change, reconducting the FPA

? You are responsible to maintain records and files for:
