Familiarity with SDLC & STLC
Ability to write test cases & scenarios
Understanding of bug/issue tracking tools (Jira, Trello, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and coordination, documentation skills
Eagerness to learn
Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, Designers, Clients)
Shopify knowledge is a plus
