Counsellor with Basic Coding Knowledge -Internship

About the Role:

We are offering an exciting internship opportunity for enthusiastic individuals who have a flair for communication and a basic understanding of coding. As an intern, you will support both counselling and technical coordination tasks, making this a perfect role for someone interested in both client communication and tech.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in counselling and guiding students/clients about our programs or services Handle calls, WhatsApp, and email queries professionally Support the technical team in managing project updates and client communications Help explain technical topics in simple language to non-technical clients Follow up with leads and schedule counselling or demo sessions Maintain proper documentation of client interactions Participate in internal meetings and training sessions

Required Skills:

Good verbal and written communication skills in English (Telugu/Hindi is a plus) Basic knowledge of coding (HTML/CSS, Python, JavaScript, or any relevant language) Willingness to learn and multitask Confident personality with a positive attitude Good understanding of MS Office, Google Sheets/Docs

Eligibility Criteria:

Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.Sc/BCA/BA/B.Com or similar) Basic knowledge of coding through academic or self-learning Eagerness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Pay: ?397,077.13 - ?1,322,548.47 per year
