About the Role:

We are seeking motivated and technically curious individuals to join our team as Trainee Programmers. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about learning, problem-solving, and applying technology in real-world environments.

As a Trainee Programmer, you will be trained and deployed on projects involving smart systems, automation, and IoT-based solutions, with a strong focus on field implementation and support.

What We're Looking For:

Education:

B.Tech / B.E / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related disciplines

Mindset:

Curious about emerging technologies--from IoT sensors to neural networks Enjoys solving technical problems and figuring out how things work Eager to learn quickly and apply new concepts Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)

Technical Foundation (training provided):

Understanding of basic programming concepts (any language) Awareness of how data and automation improve systems Willingness to work in a field-based, client-facing environment

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in development, testing, and deployment of smart technology solutions Participate in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance at client sites (mainly MNCs and corporate offices) Work closely with senior engineers and clients to ensure system performance Maintain accurate documentation of site visits and technical issues Learn and adapt to new tools, programming languages, and systems as required

Selection Process:

Coding Test:

Conducted virtually via video call; candidates solve programming problems in real-time while sharing their screen.

Personal Interview:

Shortlisted candidates from the coding test will be invited for a personal interview.

Work Environment & Conditions:

Shift:

9-hour shift (may extend based on client needs; no additional OT payment)

Weekend Work:

Occasional weekend work required (compensatory off to be used within 3 months)

Travel:

Frequent travel within Mumbai to client sites; occasional travel outside Mumbai (PAN India) based on operational requirements
