Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Production Supervisor to join our team at Kozhikode. This position plays a key role in supervising daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production efficiency, and maintaining product quality. Freshers who are passionate and committed to building a long-term career in manufacturing are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production activities to meet quality and quantity targets.

Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth workflow and address production issues.

Maintain accurate production reports and logs.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.

Communicate with maintenance and inventory teams to prevent delays.

Support continuous improvement and cost-effective production methods.

Guide and motivate shop-floor workers and ensure discipline and performance.

Required Qualifications:

B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Basic understanding of production processes and mechanical systems

Freshers with strong learning attitude are welcome

Good communication and leadership skills

Willingness to work in factory shifts and under production timelines

Residing near Ramanattukara, Feroke, or within Kozhikode district
