Trainee - Process Support
to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in process management and client support. The successful candidate will work closely with the client relations team to organize and manage process-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely execution of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation, review, and updating of client-related documents and process records
Collaborate with internal teams to gather and verify necessary data and reports
Support the client relations team in maintaining communication logs and document tracking systems
Ensure proper storage and easy retrieval of documents in line with company protocols
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and data protection regulations
Qualifications:
Recent graduate with a degree in
BBA, MBA, or B.Com
Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Willingness to learn and work effectively in a collaborative team environment
