Roles & Responsibilities:



Possess basic knowledge of G&A - Member Grievance - Non Voice Good reasoning and analytical skills Able to communicate fluently in the language required for the function/location Active listening skills Passion to learn Influencing skills Ability to comprehend the process requirement well Adhere to attendance and punctuality norms Acquiring knowledge & skills of related areas of the process Processing claims/developing projects/handling calls as per the process guidelines Adhering to the SLA, understanding Quality & Auditing parameters Meeting assigned productivity goals Understanding and adhering to quality standards Meeting TAT

Mandatory Skills

:

Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency with the necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems, etc. Ability to understand basic data and take appropriate action. Ability to drive individual and team efficiency and productivity through effective and efficient metric management. Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees and evaluate their performance. Ability to strategically lead and develop team towards improved performance.
