Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day plant operations under the supervision of senior operators. Operate and monitor process equipment, control panels, and auxiliary systems. Support preventive and routine maintenance activities of mechanical/electrical systems. Record operating data, log sheets, and process parameters accurately. Ensure adherence to safety, radiation protection, and quality protocols at all times. Report any abnormalities or malfunctions to the supervisor immediately. Participate in shift operations and comply with operational schedules. Learn regulatory, technical, and process documentation relevant to plant operation. Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in operational areas. Support calibration and testing of instruments and safety interlocks as required.

Qualification & Skills:

Education:

Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute.

Experience:

Freshers can apply; prior experience in plant operation, utility systems, or maintenance will be an added advantage.

Skills Required:

Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical systems. Knowledge of industrial safety and preventive maintenance. Ability to read technical drawings and P&ID (preferred). Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work in shifts and learn new technologies.

Plant operation and control systems Radiation safety and quality management Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting Regulatory compliance and documentation

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
