This Requirement for our client company which is located in Bangalore.Requirement : Trainee - Pharmacist & Healthcare AdvisorLocation : Norris Road, Bangalore.Experience : Fresher to 1 Year :1. Responsibilities include the following and other duties may be assigned2. Explain the features of the Relex Medication Therapy Management Program to prospective or existing customers/patients3. Effect medication replenishment, dosage tracking and obtain patient feedback.4, Monitor outcomes and follow up on reminders to patient against counselling notes from Clinical Pharmacist and required lab tests5. First level patient counselling and guidance on correct use of medication for achieving desired/targeted outcomesCommunicate customer feedback and customer experience on products/services and/or modifications to existing products/services to Operations, Marketing and Quality teams.6. Support customer outreach programs through activities associated with theme of the programProvide information and explanation of diagnoses, options, outcome and risk and escalate where required7.
