Admission Counsellor & Mobilizer
to drive enrollments and mobilize eligible candidates for this job-guaranteed training.
Key Responsibilities:
Mobilization & Outreach:
Conduct field visits in nearby towns, colleges, and communities.
Promote the program through awareness drives, local partnerships, and campaigns.
Build networks with SHGs, youth groups, and placement cells.
Counselling & Admissions:
Guide candidates and parents about course features, fees, job guarantees, and eligibility.
Coordinate interviews, screening, and registration processes.
Maintain accurate records and follow-up database.
Coordination & Reporting:
Work closely with program coordinators to manage batch-wise enrollments.
Submit weekly progress reports.
Coordinate with INAAC team for updates and feedback on mobilization.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in any field (Preference: Social Work, Marketing, Education).
Minimum 1 year of experience in mobilization or counselling roles (skill development or education sector preferred).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred).
Familiarity with local geography and community dynamics.
Basic computer skills (Google Forms, Excel, Email).
Salary:
?15,000-25,000 per month + Incentives based on successful mobilization
Travel and phone allowance as per norms
