Trainee Operations Analyst
Job Description
Directly manage assigned marketing projects end to end and ensures timely exec ution Prepare, test, and send email marketing campaigns and report out success metrics to business partners Distribion and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Asset management of static marketing materials by uploading latest versions and retiri ng older versions on Seismic Build, test and publish variable field marketing materials LiveDocs on Seismic. Working on Seismic user management Account crea tion and access requests Communicate with internal partners in a clear, concis e and professional manner Renews existing marketing content by working with pr oduct, compliance, and design experts Collecting data on the performance of ma rketing materials and consolidating information into actionable items, reports a nd presentations Understanding business objectives and design content Track , monitor and report the progress on life cycle of content creation by closely c ollaborating with different teams departments Ensure the content is developed and published as per the agreed project plan
