Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients within the exhibition industry.
- Introduce company services and products, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Engage in active listening to understand client needs and address inquiries effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales conversion.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer perceptions and market trends.
- MBA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eager to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
