Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients within the exhibition industry.
  • Introduce company services and products, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Engage in active listening to understand client needs and address inquiries effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales conversion.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on customer perceptions and market trends.
Requirements:
  • MBA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eager to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
