Job Description

/ Responsibilities:

As a

Trainee Mechanical Engineer

, the candidate will be trained and involved in the following activities:

1. Office & Documentation Work

Preparation and maintenance of

IBR documentation

, drawings, certificates, and records Handling

official correspondence

through emails Preparing reports, statements, and data using

MS Word & MS Excel

Assisting in document submission and coordination with

IBR authorities

2. Engineering & Design Support

Preparing and modifying

AutoCAD drawings

related to boilers, pressure parts, and fabrication Assisting senior engineers in design review and technical documentation

3. Workshop & Site Activities

Supporting

workshop fabrication and repair activities

Understanding

boiler components, welding, testing, and inspection processes

Coordinating between workshop staff and engineering team Assisting in inspection readiness and compliance work

4. Learning & Compliance

Learning

IBR regulations, codes, and standards

Supporting internal quality checks and inspection preparation Ensuring safety and procedural compliance at workshop and site

Required Skills & Qualifications:

B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Basic knowledge of

MS Word, MS Excel, and Email handling

Basic knowledge of

AutoCAD

Willingness to learn

IBR documentation & boiler engineering

Ready to work in

office as well as workshop environment

Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Candidates:

Freshers or 1-2 years experience

Candidates interested in

Boiler, Pressure Vessel & IBR field

Local candidates preferred (optional)

Training & Growth:

On-the-job training in

IBR codes, boiler manufacturing & repair work
