Title: Trainee Mechanical



Location: Field-based



Overview: We are seeking an Inspection Engineer to join our team, primarily responsible for the inspection of various equipment and machinery at outdoor sites. The ideal candidate should have expertise in inspecting a range of equipment, including D shackles, cranes, air compressors, material passenger hoists, bow shackles, chain slings, flat belts, hydraulic systems, and hydraulic jacks. This role requires a dynamic individual who is comfortable working outdoors and possesses excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct thorough inspections of equipment and machinery according to industry standards and company guidelines. Perform visual inspections and functional tests to ensure equipment safety and compliance with regulations. Document inspection findings accurately and generate detailed reports for each inspection. Identify and report any defects, malfunctions, or safety hazards observed during inspections. Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule repairs and maintenance activities based on inspection results. Provide technical expertise and guidance to operational staff regarding equipment usage, maintenance, and safety protocols. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to equipment inspection and safety standards. Maintain inspection tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring their accuracy and reliability. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing inspections and working in outdoor environments. Travel to various job sites and locations to conduct inspections, requiring mobility and flexibility in working hours.

Requirements:



Qualification - Graduate, ITI,Diploma Only Proven experience as an Inspection Engineer or similar role, preferably in the industrial or construction sector. In-depth knowledge of inspection techniques, tools, and methodologies for a variety of equipment. Familiarity with safety regulations and standards governing equipment inspection and maintenance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and recommend effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also functioning well within a team environment. Physical fitness and stamina to perform outdoor inspections and work in potentially challenging environments. Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle, with the ability to travel to different job sites.

Two-wheeler vehicle ownership and proficiency in riding motorcycles or scooters for transportation to field site
