Position: Management Trainee / MBA Trainee

Location: Hyderabad,,Telangana

Eligibility: MBA/PGDM (2024 or 2025 pass-out) from premier institutes (Tier-1 preferred)

Experience:0-3 years (freshers preferred)

Role Overview:

The Management Trainee program is a fast-track leadership development initiative designed to groom high-potential MBAs into future business leaders. Trainees undergo structured rotations across functions/business units and are absorbed into critical roles post-program (typically 12-24 months).

Key Responsibilities:

- Undergo intensive on-the-job training and rotational assignments across functions such as, Finance, HR, Operations, Strategy, or Business Development.

- Work on live business projects, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional tasks.

- Analyze business problems, conduct market research, and recommend solutions.

- Collaborate with senior leadership and present recommendations.

- Drive small-to-medium sized projects end-to-end.

- Participate in leadership development workshops, mentoring, and classroom training.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Full-time MBA/PGDM (2024/2025) from a reputed institute.

- Consistent academic record (typically 60%+ or 6 CGPA+ throughout).

- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- High learning agility and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.

Compensation: 8000 -15000 (fixed + variable) depending on institute and company + relocation + benefits.
