- is about to launch a digitally powered multipurpose service and residence campus called TARKIK SADAN at Matar, estimated at Rs.70 million

WANTED

:

Brilliant Graduates and PGs with excellent English and distinguished in at least one of the several areas identified below, to be groomed as young junior managers in six months

COMPENSATION

:

Stipend Ranging between Rs.10-15K/PM or Rs.3-8K/PM AND free boarding and lodging and other facilities

1.

ELIGIBILITY:



MUST



a. Very bright graduates / PGs or higher, specializing in any area that directly relates to our services

b. Be exceptionally brilliant and very well informed [GK+CA]

c. Possess outstanding proficiency in selected domain/s

d. Speak and write excellent English AND functional Hindi/Gujarati/Urdu

e. Be able to communicate difficult subjects logically, amiably

f. Be thoroughly conversant with Excel, PPt, Word, advanced surfing and emailing 10

g. Be rational, secular to the core, and possess robust common sense

h. Respect and gel with diversity

i. Be well-mannered, lively and possess a sophisticated sense of humour

j. Find knowledge tasks enjoyable and not tiring

k. Be highly organized, methodical, and hygienic

l. Absol ute inter-gender respect and decency are expected and enforced

m. Carry progressive and well-reasoned convictions and stand by them

PREFERABLE:



n. Be curious, creative, and innovative, unafraid of change and improvement

o. Be dextrous with everyday tools, machines, and generally tech-friendly

p. Conversant with one or two AI's

q. Has some experience of anchoring debates, brainstorming, or interviewing

2. WORKING HOURS AND COMPENSATION:



a. Your primary compensation is the on-job training. Its success guarantees a regular job.

b. A gross monthly stipend, inclusive of food and accommodation, may be negotiated between Rs. 10,000/- and Rs. 15,000/- [or between Rs. 3,000/- and Rs. 8,000/- plus food and accommodation] depending upon:

i. Your education, specialization and subject expertise

ii. Academic excellence, general brilliance and contemporary awareness

iii. Productivity and technology proficiency

iv. Prior exposure, and experience, if any

v. Your learning and motivation as seen from your social media

c. 24-hr internet, local transportation and basic recreation are provided

d. We expect a minimum productivity of 8 hrs daily, 6 days a week. Additional productivity earns extra stipend or free hospitality.

e. Weekends vary and usually are not Sundays.

3.

LIVING



a. Shared bachelor Accommodation with hot water [gender-separated] and delicious Veg/NV Food are provided at subsidized rates in the campus. Moreover, option exists to offset even this cost with extra productivity of 2.5 hrs/day.

b. The campus - called the TARKIK SADAN - located 40 KMs from Ahmedabad, offers plenty of scope for recreation, retreat, reflection and creativity. The Vatrak river is 500 mtr away. Micro-wildlife is aplenty. Managing Nature Camps is one of our proposed services

c. Multi-disciplinary learning and exploration are possible and encouraged

d. Ideal for those that value knowledge and learning as significantly as money in reckoning compensation

e. Daily walks, exercises, physical games, weekly treats, monthly picnics are facilitated. Socially useful Hobbies are encouraged, too.

f. While candidates usually stay indoors, outdoor visits may be allowed, specially on weekends, by prior permission. Candidates are generally encouraged to team up with campus-mates for recreation. Most often SPRAT will itself plan such recreation.

g. Weekends will differ for campus-mates. Sundays / public holidays may be busy days due to workshops, exhibitions, visitors, and special training events.

4. LEARNING AND CAREER



a. You get to learn on job through peers and resource persons both; yet self-learning is encouraged

b. Your learning is constantly challenged so as to improve it everyday.

c. The training grooms you for functional responsibilities equivalent to a junior manager.

d. Cross disciplinary movement is possible

e. Periodic performance assessments are conducted and results shared

f. On successful completion appropriate certificate is issued indicating the scope of learning and contribution, and a regular job is negotiated and offered. The first year's compensation may range between Rs. 2-3.5 lakh

g. Your certificates will testify to the quality and variety of your learning
