This fast paced program is open to people with experience in leading teams or graduates both in and out of the sector, you would be responsible to provide great QSC&V to your customers along with being passionate about training and development, driving cost and profit and getting involved with each area in the restaurant (Kitchen, Service and our Customer service areas), taking responsibilities of shifts and department & leading the restaurant from front
Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintains food safety standards in the restaurant by following the correct procedures along with health and safety standards
Manage food & beverage preparation, maintain cleanliness and punctuality while effectively supporting on floor managers
Utilize customer service skills while displaying exceptional hospitality to ensure a positive environment for our customers and co-workers
Develops and trains co-worker through sharing of knowledge and technical expertise
Drives customer experience at store by role modeling hospitality practices
Maintain areas as designated while ensuring optimal standards and execution (E.g. Production, Service areas)
Manage night shifts as and when required and give proper cash, restaurant, equipment & stock handover to the next shift (Open Shift)
Run profitable shifts and demonstrates and reinforces leadership behaviors and people minimum
Executes plan based on customer satisfaction to increase guest experience and customer loyalty
Effectively supports national and store local sales marketing and promotion to maximize sales potential
Able to handle customer complaints with "Customer is always right" attitude in mind, all complains are recorded for future reference
Coordinate with PDM cluster for staff scheduling, motivate and encourage staff to achieve targets including maximizing profits
Coordinates with the restaurant department managers and help them to drive their department KPI's on floor
Qualifications Required:
Graduate from any Hotel management college or graduate from any different stream (Age 18 & above)
