We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team for a period of One Year as a
Trainee in Lab Testing and Quality Controls
. This role offers hands-on experience in food safety and product quality within a high-paced production environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform Testing:
Conduct tests on end products, machinery, and employee swab samples to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met.
Assist in identifying any quality deviations and report findings for immediate corrective action.
2. Monitor Food Safety and Quality:
Continuously monitor food safety practices during production and packaging stages.
Ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards for product quality.
3.Record-Keeping & Documentation:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of tests performed, quality checks, and corrective actions.
Ensure that all documentation is completed in accordance with industry standards and company protocols.
4. Employee Training:
Support in providing training and guidance to production staff on food safety protocols and quality control measures.
Work closely with the quality assurance personnel to implement continuous improvement practices.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in food science, microbiology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
Basic understanding of food safety principles and quality control practices.
Excellent organizational skills and a desire to learn.
