Make calls to potential and existing patients/B2B clients to provide information about lab services, promotions, and offers. Handle inbound calls, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
Schedule patient appointments for sample collection or consultations, manage the booking calendar, and send reminders
Explain lab test procedures, pricing, and report collection processes clearly and accurately to callers
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, transactions, and lead information in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system or database
Collaborate with lab technicians and other staff to ensure seamless patient experience and efficient service delivery
