Internship Role Overview:

As a

Trainee Intern

, you will work closely with both the

Social Media

and

Customer Service + Sales

teams. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain broad exposure to the inner workings of a designer boutique--from digital marketing to in-store client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Team (Shadowing & Support):

Observe and assist in planning and creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms Learn the basics of fashion photography, styling, and content scheduling Help with setting up for photoshoots, organizing products, and behind-the-scenes documentation Understand how customer engagement is tracked, and how brand consistency is maintained online Contribute creative ideas for Reels, posts, and stories that reflect the brand's identity

Customer Service + Sales Team (Shadowing & Support):

Observe and assist in customer interactions to learn the art of personalized styling and client service Help organize merchandise, restock inventory, and maintain visual displays Learn how to handle point-of-sale systems, billing, and order processing Assist in managing appointments, follow-ups, and basic client communication Understand how customer feedback is collected and used for service improvement

Who We're Looking For:

Passionate about fashion, design, and boutique retail Friendly, approachable, and eager to learn from a hands-on work environment Comfortable interacting with clients and team members Basic knowledge of Instagram and interest in digital content creation A proactive mindset with attention to detail and a willingness to contribute wherever needed
