As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for preparing food items, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the overall kitchen operations. Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations, utensils, and equipment. Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure all food is prepared and stored safely. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of menu items.

Skills

Strong communication skills to effectively work within a team environment. Ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain attention to detail. Basic cooking skills or willingness to learn culinary techniques. Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts. Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus but not required; training will be provided. A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere.
