We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled
IT Support Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the IT department in daily technical operations, including troubleshooting, asset management, and supporting ongoing IT projects and documentation. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in technology, quick learning ability, and a passion for problem-solving in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to staff and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related problems.
Maintain and update IT inventory and asset management records.
Support the implementation and documentation of ongoing IT projects.
Monitor system performance and report anomalies.
Collaborate with other IT team members for daily operational support.
Candidate Specification:
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in IT support or related technical roles.
Education:
Diploma in Computer Science / BCA / B.Tech in IT or related fields.
Certifications (Preferred):
CCNA, MCSC.
Gender Preference:
Male.
Age Group:
20 - 25 years.
Skills:
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work in a team and handle pressure.
