We are seeking IT Infrastructure Apprentice to join our team. This apprenticeship is designed to provide hands-on experience in hardware, networks, servers, and cloud infrastructure. You will work alongside senior IT professionals to learn and assist in managing day-to-day infrastructure operations, monitoring systems, and supporting enterprise IT environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Should be able to set up workstations in Domain environment from scratch.

Should have knowledge on Windows OS (10/11), Installation of Linux and MacOS.

Basic knowledge of Server OS on accessing Active Directory (Password Reset & Unlocking the accounts).

Basic knowledge on VPNs.

Should be comfortable on Asset management activities.

Should have basic knowledge on cloud concepts (Azure/Exchange/Teams).

REQUIREMENT -

Educational Background - bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and common operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.).

Strong interest in IT infrastructure, networking, and system support

Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues.

Technical Aptitude Strong interest in IT applications and systems.

Problem-Solving Skills Ability to analyze problems and find solutions.

Communication Skills Good verbal and written communication skills.

Team Player Ability to work well in a team.
