Job Description

The Internal Audit Trainee will support the assessment of internal processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. This role offers valuable exposure to auditing practices and provides an opportunity to contribute to process improvements while gaining hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in reviewing and auditing internal processes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Document audit observations and prepare basic audit reports under supervision. Collaborate with various teams to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. Support the formulation and implementation of corrective action plans. Maintain organized records of audits and follow-up actions. Take responsibility for conducting process audits within the company.

Qualifications:

Any graduate. Strong attention to detail with solid analytical skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Basic understanding of auditing principles or a willingness to learn.
