Position Title: Trainee - Human Resource (NAM)
Work Location: Greater Noida West, UP
Shift Timing: EST Shift (07:00 PM to 04:00 AM IST)

As a Trainee - Human Resources (NAM), you will:
- Initiate the on-boarding & compliances for offered candidates.
- Ensure offered candidates are completing the onboarding process in a timely manner, to include contacting candidates after an accepted offer for paperwork, administrative tasks and support.
- Maintain continuous contact with potential offered candidates and provide follow-up regarding on-boarding process.
- Actively communicate with business teams regarding pipeline of offered candidates.
- Participate in weekly meetings, intake calls, ad hoc consultations.
- Support business team with various administrative tasks and projects, as required.
