HR Trainees

to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh MBA/MSW graduates who are passionate about building a career in HR and eager to learn the ropes of various HR functions in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding. Support employee engagement and HR operations. Maintain HR records and assist in documentation and compliance. Collaborate with the HR team on various initiatives and projects. Learn and contribute to HR policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile:

MBA/MSW (HR Specialization) - 2023 or 2024 pass-out only. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to learn and take initiative. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work well in a team.
