- Reaching the defined targets for hiring of different job families (time, costs, quality).
- Sourcing, Screening and interviewing the candidates to find the best organizational fit.
- Prioritizing work on multiple requisitions at the same time.
- Sourcing CVs from various mediums like portals, social networking sites, social groups, referencing, head hunting, company mapping etc
- Regular follow up with the selected candidates to ensure continuous engagement with the candidate and keeping them warm till the time of joining to reduce the attrition before joining.
- Technical Knowledge
- Ability to understand various technologies and to keep knowledge of technology trends at in the current scenario.
- Start every conversation with the intent to build, develop and maintain relationships with your candidates
- Manages posting of job vacancies at the best performing recruitment channels (responsiveness, quality and costs)
- Explores the new recruitment channels and gives recommendations to the Sourcing Head.
- Execution of the recruitment social media communication, ruled by approved Marketing and HR Marketing principles
- Good excel /MS Office
- Must carry basic idea of recruitment profile
- Must have interest in interacting different people
