We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Human Resources team as a
Trainee HR
. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in HR. You will assist in day-to-day HR operations and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding)
Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital)
Support in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events
Assist with attendance and leave tracking
Coordinate induction/orientation sessions for new joiners
Help prepare HR reports and presentations
Ensure proper documentation and filing as per company policies
Assist in payroll and statutory compliance processes under supervision
Provide administrative support to the HR team as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain
Good organizational and time management skills
Preferred Skills (optional):
Knowledge of HRMS or HR software tools
Internship experience in HR or Admin functions
Understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
