Job Title - Graduate Trainee
Department - International Sales
Location - Gurgaon / Gurugram
Experience - Fresher
Qualification - B.A. / B.Com
Responsibility :
Screen and process orders in SAP.
Issue order confirmations and proforma invoices to customers.
Provide pre-shipment and post-shipment details to customers.
Create credit and debit notes in SAP as required.
Prepare and send customer-specific dispatch documents in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred). Proficient in SAP order management and related modules. Strong knowledge of order processing, invoicing, and dispatch documentation. Familiarity with credit/debit note creation and management. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Ability to identify issues and resolve discrepancies effectively.
