to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent MBA graduate with a specialization in Marketing & Sales who is eager to launch their career in a fast-paced business environment. You will play a key role in supporting sales operations, client engagement, and marketing initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in business development and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying and approaching prospective clients through various outreach methods. Support the sales team in conducting market research and competitor analysis. Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand business needs and promote company offerings. Coordinate and support the preparation of proposals, pitch decks, and marketing materials. Follow up with leads and contribute to nurturing customer relationships. Provide post-sales support and gather customer feedback to improve service quality. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, or client visits when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

MBA in Marketing & Sales from a recognized institution (Freshers welcome). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confident, well-groomed, and presentable with a professional demeanor. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Basic understanding of sales processes and marketing principles. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic work environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
