Job Overview:
As a Trainee in Central Kitchen, you will develop skills in food preparation and kitchen operations while learning fundamentals of food safety and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn quality standards for V4V7 and BevD items
Gain knowledge of preparation methods and ingredients
Follow food safety and hygiene practices
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment
Assist with inventory management
Participate in kitchen sanitization
Learn mise-en techniques and ingredient handling
Requirements
High school diploma (culinary education a plus)
Kitchen experience preferred but not mandatory
Basic understanding of kitchen operations
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
