Job Title: Trainee Graphic Designer / Junior Design Associate (Intern)

Location:

Andheri West, Mumbai

Type:

3 to 4 month paid Internship (Work from Office Only)

Shift:

Day Shift (10:30 AM - 7:30 PM IST), Alternate Saturdays Working

Experience:

Preferrably Freshers/0-2 years of Internship Experience

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field from a design school (mandatory)

Laptop:

Bring your own laptop during internship

About the Role

Pivot is looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Design Intern to join our dynamic design team. This position is ideal for design school graduates eager to deliver captivating visual assets for diverse B2B and D2C clients, as well as internal brand campaigns.

Responsibilities

Create visual assets for digital and print, including logos, social media creatives, brochures, banners, and ads Edit and refine images and illustrations using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Figma/Canva is a plus) Assist senior designers in brainstorming, concept development, and creative execution Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs Contribute ideas in creative sessions and collaborate across teams Organize design assets and project files for workflow efficiency Incorporate feedback to improve and refine designs Stay updated on design trends and best practices
Requirements & Key Skills

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field from a design school Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design fundamentals (coursework, freelance, or projects) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma/Canva a plus Knowledge in After Effects and Premier pro is a big plus Solid understanding of layout, color, composition, and typography Experience with both digital and print design Effective communication, teamwork, and openness to feedback Initiative to learn and experiment with new tools Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
