Trainee Finance

Location: Faridabad (On-site)

Work Type: Full-time

Compensation: Rs 20000 - Rs 25,000 per month

Position Summary - Trainee (Finance)

We are looking for MBA Finance candidates--fresher or experienced--who want to build a strong career in finance. The role includes training and hands-on exposure to MIS, budgeting, performance analysis, project finance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities / Exposures:

1. MIS (Management Information Systems)

Prepare various MIS reports for clients and internal management.
2. Budgeting

Assist in preparing detailed budgets. Track variances and ensure alignment with targets.
3. Business Planning

Support preparation of business plans as per client needs.
4. Performance Analysis

Analyse financial and operational performance. Compare actual vs. budgeted results. Identify deviations and prepare actionable recommendations.
5. CMA Data & Project Reports

Assist in preparing CMA data forms and project reports for:
o Project financing

o Working capital financing

6. General Finance Support

Support other finance functions as assigned.
Qualifications Required

Education: MBA (Finance) or related field Experience:
o Fresher's welcome

o 1-3 years' experience in MIS, budgeting, reporting, or analysis preferred

Skills Required

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Good understanding of finance concepts Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint Good communication skills Willingness to work on-site in Faridabad
