Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented person who can be trained as Finance Executive to join our India team.
This role is integral to assisting our clients in financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in finance and be motivated to work in a collaborative environment.
Key Exposures:
1. Management Information Systems (MIS):
Prepare comprehensive MIS reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
2. Budgeting:
Develop detailed budgets for various clients.
Monitor and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
3. Business Planning:
Prepare business plans tailored to client needs.
4. Performance Analysis:
Analyse client and organizational performance.
Compare actual performance against budgets and identify deviations.
Prepare actionable insights and recommendations to address variances.
5. CMA Data & Project Reports:
Create CMA data forms and project reports for:
Project financing
Working capital financing
6. Finance Functions Support:
Assist with miscellaneous finance-related activities to enhance organizational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Education: MBA (Finance or related field)
Experience:
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with 1-3 years of relevant experience in MIS, budgeting, or financial performance analysis are preferred.
Skills
Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and planning.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
