Trainee Field Technicians

We will provide

full training

on diagnosing mobile devices, repairing POS (Point of Sale) terminals, and managing client deployments. If you are eager to learn and willing to travel, we want to hear from you!

What You Will Learn & Do

Hardware Repair:

Learn to troubleshoot and repair mobile phones and POS machines (changing screens, batteries, and software flashing).

Client Deployment:

Travel to client sites to help install new payment terminals and systems.

On-Site Support:

Assist clients with basic usage queries during site visits.

Reporting:

Update job sheets and deployment logs after every visit.

The Work Schedule (Flexible)

We operate based on client needs, which means we need team members who are flexible.

Standard Days:

Mostly Monday-Friday.

Weekend Policy:

If a client deployment is scheduled for a

Sunday

, you are required to work.

Your Benefit:

Monday is your guaranteed day off.

Who We Are Looking For

Education:

Diploma/Degree in Electronics, IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent passion for tech).

Tech Savvy:

You should be comfortable using smartphones and computers. If you have ever opened up a gadget to see how it works, that's a plus!

Travel Ready:

Willingness to travel to different client locations within the city/region for deployment tasks.

Communication:

Good verbal communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
