Managing and updating customer list in CRM
The existing customer data update is the process of updating the customer details like address, contact number, email ID etc in case of any change. The field team or direct customer will inform the Data Management & Analytics executive to update the changes in CRM.
Sales Hierarchy Mapping
Customers are mapped to each field team member to do the daily reporting in CRM. The mapping request is initiated from the field team. One customer can map to many divisions, but it will only map to one HQ of each Division. If any confusion is there in mapping, we will take approval from their reporting manager.
Area Type Master Updates
Area and Area Type master updates are done to smoothen the CRM reporting process. This will help the field team to implement the Main Area concept while TP planning and reporting. This update has a very important role in Expense.
Field Team Queries
Providing timely solution to field team in managing the customer records in CRM. Coordinating with different departments to solve issues raised by field team members. Guiding field team for correcting the current process.
MIS Analysis
Preparing different kinds of MIS reports for supporting field team.
