Job Summary:

We're looking for a Sales cum Service Engineer to provide on-site technical support & services. This role involves installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and after-sales service of the products supplied by Nu Tek Instruments Pvt. Ltd. while ensuring customer satisfaction and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Install, commission, and maintain the equipment supplied by Nu Tek Instruments.

Perform IQ/OQ/PQ of the new equipments

Perform Calibration for the existing Equipments

Perform AMC services within scheduled period

Perform on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs.

Provide technical support to clients.

Train clients on product usage and maintenance.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service efficiency.

Qualifications:

MUST be Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering

1+ years of experience in technical service or field service engineering

Willingness to travel on short notice

Strong technical knowledge, problem solving and communication skills

Client-facing experience preferred

Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills in English, Hindi and respective regional language

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

Should be comfortable handling electrical / electronic tools

Valid Driving License and Two Wheeler Mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
