Job Description

We are seeking a Trainee F&B Service/ Guest Service Associate to come on board with us immediately. It is not necessary for the candidate to have prior experience working in a hotel or restaurant.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service. Ensure herbal water refilled and placed on the side station. Wipe the glasses and lay the covers. Maintain cleanliness at the work station. Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Manager. Assist in the seating the Guest. Delight the guest by providing interactive services. Ensure the proper set up of all side stations in the outlet. Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards. Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food. Ensure cleaning schedule is adhered to and to the required standard. Supply of food to the guest room when it is necessary. Any other responsibilities which assigned by the management on time.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
