Assist in day-to-day production activities including dispensing, weighing, granulation, compression, coating, and packaging.
Operate and monitor production equipment under supervision.
Prepare and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR).
Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and GMP guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the production area.
Report deviations, breakdowns, or non-conformances to senior staff.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Engineering teams for smooth operations.
Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized university.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical production.
