The role focuses on onboarding new joiners, conducting refresher sessions, ensuring process compliance, and maintaining operational quality across multiple locations in Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
onboarding and induction training
for new employees.
Deliver
process and SOP-based training
on delivery, picking, packing, stacking, and safety.
Conduct
refresher training and daily coaching
for existing employees.
Identify
training needs
based on performance gaps, customer complaints, or audit reports.
Maintain detailed
training attendance, feedback, and performance data.
Support
process audits, safety checks, and SOP implementation
during operations.
Coordinate with operations and HR teams to plan
training batches without affecting workflow.
Prepare
reports and summaries
using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Travel across assigned warehouses and stores in Gujarat to conduct sessions.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience:
1-3 years in training, operations, logistics, or warehouse functions.
Education:
Graduate (Any discipline); MBA or L&D certification preferred.
Language:
Fluent in
Hindi & Gujarati
(English preferred).
Technical Skills:
Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets, ability to explain SOPs clearly.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, people handling, and presentation ability.
Must own a
two-wheeler with valid Driving License (DL).
Willingness to
travel daily
across warehouse/store locations in Gujarat.
