Role: Trainee Engineer - RPA (Robotic Process Automation). Location: Bangalore - India : We are looking to hire a fresher for RPA application development with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with IT and business stakeholders, understand their needs, and develop functionality and enhancements for robotic process automation. The Application Developer will also handle and resolve usage issues and perform other assigned duties in alignment with the role\'s responsibilities and business requirements. This role involves tackling various technical challenges, including analysis, maintenance, design, development, and testing of software to meet HermanMiller\'s business needs. The position will be based in our Bangalore office in India. Moreover, this role transcends departmental and geographical boundaries as it aims to support and enable the various divisions of HermanMiller\'s global business. Essential Qualifications: First-class graduate in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering (with a focus on Computer Science) who graduated in 2023. Courses or training in the latest programming technologies will be a plus (e.g., Microsoft .NET and SQL Database). Any internship experience in software development will be advantageous. Strong problem-solving, analysis, and design skills. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical professionals at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in troubleshooting technical and functional problems using intuitive problem-solving techniques. Ideal Candidate: Exceptional written and spoken English language skills with clarity of thought in articulation. Passion for developing technology solutions, which can be demonstrated through academic project work. Analytical thought process and willingness to engage in discussions and debates. Eagerness to learn new technologies and apply them on the job. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to take direction, constructive criticism, and meet specified deadlines. Adherence to processes and procedures defined for the role, the team, and the organization. Shift Timing: This role requires flexibility in working hours and a willingness to work the UK shift from 12 PM to 9 PM.
