The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) in the production department will undergo extensive training and development to gain practical experience in manufacturing operations. The GET will assist in various production activities, support senior engineers, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This role is intended to prepare the trainee for future responsibilities as a production engineer

Duties and Responsibilities

1) Training and Development:

Participate in a structured training program to learn about the company's products, manufacturing processes, and quality standards. Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance technical and soft skills.

2) Production Support:

Assist in the preparation and implementation of production schedules. Monitor and support day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and quality. Collaborate with production staff to identify and resolve operational issues.

3) Process Improvement:

Work with senior engineers to analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement. Assist in implementing lean manufacturing principles and other process optimization techniques. Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

4) Quality Control:

Support quality assurance activities by conducting inspections and tests on products and materials. Help ensure that production processes comply with quality standards and specifications. Assist in the documentation and reporting of quality issues.

5) Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of production activities, including process parameters, outputs, and downtime. Prepare reports on production performance and provide feedback to senior engineers and management.

6) Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols during production activities. Support initiatives to promote a safe working environment and comply with regulatory requirements.

Education :

Diploma/ B. E / B Tech Mechanical/Electrical or Mechatronics

Experience :

Zero to 1 year

Technical Skills:

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.

Familiarity with CAD software and other engineering tools.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus

.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
