Role Overview

We are hiring a Trainee Engineer to be trained exclusively on the factory floor, focusing on production operations, machine coordination, quality control, and workflow discipline.

This role is meant for someone who wants to build a long-term career in manufacturing / production, not a temporary role or an office-only job.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily factory floor production activities

Learn operation, setup, and monitoring of production machines

Support supervisors in production planning

Monitor output quality, wastage, and efficiency

Coordinate with operators to ensure smooth job flow

Maintain basic production and machine logs

Follow safety, process, and quality standards strictly

Training & Growth

Hands-on training across machines and production processes

Exposure to factory workflow, scheduling, and manpower handling

Opportunity to grow into Production Engineer / Shift Supervisor based on performance

What We Expect (Non-Negotiable)

Willingness to work full-time on the factory floor

Strong learning attitude and process discipline

Comfort working with machines, people, and deadlines

Basic computer skills (Excel / Google Sheets)

Preferred (Advantage)

Internship / training exposure in factories or manufacturing units

Basic understanding of machinery, tools, or production workflows

Ability to read job sheets, measurements, or simple drawings
