Job Summary:

The Trainee Engineer role is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry. This position offers exposure to various engineering departments, including Production, Quality Control, and Maintenance. The candidate will work closely with senior engineers to learn, implement, and enhance engineering practices. Qualification:

Diploma / B.E./ ITI in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field).

Skills:

Quick learner with a strong passion for engineering. Basic understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD) is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks

Key responsibilities:

Assist senior engineers in the development, and testing of engineering projects. Participate in hands-on training across various departments, including Production, Quality Control, and Maintenance. Support project execution by gathering data, preparing reports, and analysing performance metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver on objectives. Learn and apply engineering principles to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions. Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry standards. Assist in the documentation of processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical manuals. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
