Role Overview
We are looking for passionate and committed Trainee Engineers who hold a Mechanical Engineering degree from a recognised institute and have completed a minimum 3-month internship in a relevant engineering domain. This role provides a solid foundation in industrial project execution, design practices, and fabrication technologies within the Oil and Gas sector.
Key Responsibilities
Assist senior engineers in design, documentation, and planning of engineering projects
Participate in fabrication shop activities, quality checks, and production support
Contribute to the development and optimisation of technical drawings and process workflows
Learn and apply knowledge of engineering codes, standards, and EPC project procedures
Support coordination between departments such as design, procurement, and execution teams
Prepare reports and maintain documentation of project tasks
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised institute
Experience
Minimum 3-month internship experience in an engineering role is mandatory
Exposure to design, fabrication, or project-based work during internship will be an added advantage
Skills and Attributes
Basic understanding of engineering principles related to mechanical systems
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced industrial environment
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office and basic engineering software
Positive attitude and team spirit
