The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of automated systems and control systems in various industrial environments. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are optimized for maximum efficiency, reliability, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and program PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) for control and automation systems.
Develop and maintain SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems for monitoring and control of industrial processes.
Configure and optimize Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) to enhance operational performance and user experience.
Integrate and troubleshoot Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) for motor control and automation processes.
Develop and maintain Distributed Control Systems (DCS) for plant-wide automation.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues with automation systems, including hardware and software components.
Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions into existing systems and processes.
Conduct system testing, debugging, and validation to ensure proper functionality and performance.
Provide technical support for automation-related projects, including installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
Write and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams, operation manuals, and training materials.
Perform regular system health checks, preventive maintenance, and upgrades for automation systems.
Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards for automation systems and controls.
Participate in the development and improvement of automation-related processes and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Control Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience working with

Strong knowledge of industrial control systems and communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).

Hands-on experience with system configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of automation systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in diagnosing and resolving system issues.
Knowledge of control system networking and industrial IT.
Ability to interpret electrical schematics, control panel designs, and system layouts.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other engineering teams and departments.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
