Prepare training materials, presentations, manuals, and reports.
Provide hands-on training on equipment, tools, and technical processes.
Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback.
Maintain training records, attendance, and assessment sheets.
Support technical team in daily activities and field requirements.
Ensure training content is updated as per industry standards.
Coordinate with HR and technical departments for training schedules.
