Assist in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
Learn and support utility systems such as HVAC, AHU, WTP, ETP, boilers, chillers, and compressed air systems.
Observe and assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Participate in calibration and validation of equipment and instruments.
Documentation & Compliance
Support preparation and maintenance of engineering documentation: maintenance logs, calibration records, change control, etc.
Learn and comply with GMP, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), and engineering SOPs.
Assist in equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) and ensure audit readiness.
Cross-functional Coordination
Coordinate with production, QA, QC, utility, and projects teams for smooth plant operations.
Support project teams in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering works related to plant expansion or upgrades.
Continuous Improvement
Participate in equipment and process improvement initiatives for better efficiency and reliability.
Suggest minor modifications based on observation and learning, under supervision.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of engineering systems used in pharmaceutical manufacturing
Understanding of cGMP, EHS, and safety standards
Good analytical and troubleshooting mindset
Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD is a plus)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
