Role Overview

We are seeking a

Trainee Draughtswoman

from

Trivandrum

to join our Panavila office. This entry-level, on-site role is designed for women eager to start their career in joinery and fit-out drafting. The trainee will work closely with senior draughtsmen to learn technical drawing skills and assist in producing accurate shop drawings for interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior draughtsmen in preparing detailed joinery and fit-out drawings Learn to interpret design concepts and convert them into technical drawings Coordinate with project teams to understand requirements and specifications Update and revise drawings under supervision based on project or client feedback Develop skills in industry-standard drafting practices, materials, and processes Support project execution by ensuring drawings are production-ready

Qualifications & Skills

Female candidate from

Trivandrum

Educational Background:

ITI/ Diploma/ B.Tech in Civil, Interior Design, or Architecture

Basic knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD or equivalent) is preferred Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team Eagerness to develop professionally under guidance of senior professionals
